The journey begins in Marrakech and continues through Telouet, Ait Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate, and Skoura before reaching the desert landscapes of Merzouga. This itinerary also includes a full desert excursion around Erg Chebbi, with visits to fossil areas, ancient kasbahs, the Black Desert, nomad families, and the village of Khamlia, known for Gnawa music. On the final day, travel from Merzouga to Fes through Rissani, Erfoud, Ziz Valley, Ifrane, Azrou, and the cedar forest.

Tour Plan
Pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech at 8:00 after breakfast. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, reaching 2,260 meters above sea level. Along the way, enjoy mountain villages, waterfalls, changing landscapes, and panoramic views.
Stop at Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a famous fortified village known for its cinematic history. Continue to Ouarzazate to visit Taourirt Kasbah and the Atlas Studios, then travel onward to Skoura for the overnight stay.
Overnight: Les Jardins de Skoura or similar
After breakfast, enjoy time around the Dades area before continuing toward Merzouga through Tinerhir and Todra Gorge. After lunch, continue via Rissani, with the option to taste Berber pizza, known locally as El Madfouna.
In the afternoon, travel by 4x4 across the desert landscape toward the Sahara dunes. Enjoy a camel ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes and watch the sunset over the sand dunes. Check in to your luxury desert camp, relax, take a hot shower, and enjoy dinner under the stars with nomad music.
Overnight: Royal Luxury Camp
Wake up early to enjoy sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast, begin a desert excursion by 4x4 around Erg Chebbi.
Visit nearby fossil areas, ancient kasbahs, the route of the Paris-Dakar Rally, the Black Desert, and a local Berber family. Continue to Khamlia village, known for its Gnawa music and its cultural heritage linked to sub-Saharan communities.
Return to the luxury desert camp to relax, enjoy dinner, and spend another night in the Sahara.
Overnight: Royal Luxury Camp
After breakfast at the camp, depart toward Fes via Rissani, Erfoud, and the Ziz Valley. Enjoy the landscapes of the Ziz Gorges before continuing through the Middle Atlas Mountains.
Pass through Ifrane and Azrou, with a stop at the cedar forest, where Barbary apes can often be seen. Continue to Fes for drop-off at your selected location.
